Director Channel Sales
Ensures maximum revenue growth of company products and services via strategic partnerships. Will be responsible for cultivating and expanding existing partnerships as well as negotiating new contracts. Director will work closely with CFS sales teams to develop industry strategies for retaining existing clients and signing new ones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with existing partnerships to cross sell additional products and services and develop programs to drive incremental revenue.

Works with CFS client and new sales team to identify key strategic partnerships. Engages identified targets to develop additional distribution channel for all CFS products and services. Negotiates new partnership contracts.=

Works with the Network Access (STAR) team to ensure CFS has the appropriate RT connectivity to key core processors to minimize client attrition.
Relationship Manager II - FundsXpress, Austin, TX
A Relationship Manager is the primary contact Community Financial Services clients providing the role of a trusted advisor, consultant and market industry expert responsible for the overall successful relationship with the client as measured by retention, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction of their assigned portfolio. Relationship Managers perform the strategic, tactical and support functions for First Data Corporation, strengthening relationships across all business units within the Client Segment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing relationship development through documented proactive in-person, verbal and written contact within the various levels of the clients organization, including on-site visits; solidifying client retention and growth by appropriately communicating trends, ad hoc analysis, escalated issue resolution, and up selling new opportunities.

Experience with internet banking, online bill pay and cash management are essential for success in this position. This position does require travel.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators proactively, such as revenue, adoption and usage activity. Mitigating negative profitability situations, by effectively communicating to manager and accordingly, responding timely by delivering solution oriented resolutions.

Achieve revenue goals for assigned portfolio through proactive upselling of additional products and services demonstrating selling skills such as proper fact-finding questioning, proactive listening, appropriate follow-up and persistence. Growing portfolio revenue by utilizing provided tools for penetration, adoption and usage.

Secure and renew existing contracts focusing on long term obligations and auto renewals; negotiate business related aspects of new product or service upsell opportunity solidifying all business components.

Become proficient in the broad range of First Data offerings. The Relationship Manager will be responsible introducing and up selling the enterprise suite of First Data products and services including debit, credit and merchant services.
Candidates Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Financial Services industry. 3-5 years sales/relationship management experience. Travel required.
Relationship Manager II - Debit Services/Central US, West Coast, East Coast
Acts as the primary contact for Financial Institutions in the Central US, West Coast, East Coast by providing the role of trusted advisor, consultant and market industry expert responsible for the overall successful relationship measured by retention, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction of their assigned portfolio. Perform strategic, tactical and support functions. Provide ongoing relationship development through documented proactive verbal and written contact. Achieve revenue goals for assigned portfolio through proactive upselling of additional products and services demonstrating selling skills. Secure and renew existing service contracts focusing on long term obligations. Negotiate business related aspects of new product or service upsell opportunity solidifying all business components. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses and risk-related drivers, mitigating negative profitability situations, etc. Performs duties with minimal involvement from senior management, escalating the most serious issue to senior management. Frequent contact, both face to face and by phone, with internal and external customers, including senior leadership in client organizations.
Candidates Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the EFT industry or similar transaction processing industry. Minimum 3-5 years sales/relationship mgt experience required. Travel required.
National Account Executive II
As the backbone of the field and key to territory success, the NAE II is charged with developing a territory of new business in the community financial institution market, selling First Data's premier debit, internet banking, bill payment and business banking products and services. The NAE II will be expected to generate new business sales of $500K- $1M with acceptable profit margins, which will significantly influence the growth, revenue and profitability of the territory, as well as First Data as a whole. 60-70% of new business will be cold while approximately 30-40% of new business will be developed by penetrating existing client relationships. The skill set required of a successful NAE II includes, but is not limited to, the following: prospecting, qualifying, networking, closing, account penetration and navigation, proposal generation, the ability to negotiate with multiple decision makers, the ability to communicate verbally and via the written word, and the ability to speak publicly and proficiently in front of large groups of people. This position requires an extremely high level of interpersonal communication skill. NAE IIs will be expected to work effectively, and cooperatively, with peers, clients, prospects, business partners, and various other industry related persons, in order to achieve the business goals of the company.
NAE IIs will be responsible for convincing executive level decision makers to make multi-million dollar, long term (5-10 years) decisions, which frequently involve changing an established way of doing business. Must develop a thorough understanding of the prospect’s objectives, buying criteria, and internal political dynamics, while simultaneously coordinating all activities and personnel necessary to close the deal. Must posses a thorough understanding of the financial services industry, in order to establish credibility with the prospect; previous experience selling internet banking and/or electronic bill payment solutions is preferred, but not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting/Lead Development: Identify/qualify prospects through cold calls, industry partners, tradeshows, and networking Develop interest in First Data Services through interaction with key decision makers. Arrange meetings with customers/prospects to better understand the operations and processing environments from their perspective, in order to determine the appropriate First Data solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Strategy: Manage the prospect relationship at all levels within the organization. Prepare thorough, professional proposals which describe First Data services, capabilities, and terms of proposed agreement.

Develop accurate sales and product forecasts, monitor performance against sales objectives, and update as needed. Identify and close new account opportunities. Arrange presentations and conduct demonstrations and/or site visits. Manage time and resources effectively to meet business unit sales objectives. Maintain industry and product knowledge and inform Company of changing market conditions and competitive issues. Accurately forecast potential sales and anticipated closing date, to allow for adequate allocation of resources and projection of revenue and profit. Develop/Implement Strategic Plans to meet annual quota.

Matrix Management: Coordinate and allocate First Data resources, including sales support staff and necessary technical support.

Complex Contract Negotiation: Including pricing, terms, performance standards, legal matters, exclusivity etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in the financial services 2-5 years Sales experience in equally complex sales cycle of high ticket items Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, negotiation skills, managing long sales cycles and effective decision making and risk management. Bachelors Degree.
